Pediatric dermatology has gradually emerged as a vital sub specialty within dermatology and JIPMER has taken a pioneering role by offering a fellowship course dedicated to this field. My journey in pediatric dermatology has been deeply fulfilling, and it is with great pride that I recall editing two earlier volumes of Puzzling Cases in Pediatric Dermatology in 2015 and 2023. The overwhelmingly positive response to these works encouraged me to bring forth this third volume.
This book has been made possible through the generous contributions of colleagues from India and Abroad. Each case is carefully presented with detailed photographs and a structured approach to diagnosis and management. It is my hope that this compilation will serve as a valuable resource for dermatologists, pediatricians and trainees alike.
